Oh do give it a try Lynne ! You know those days when it ‘s SO flat and grey … put on some music … find one of your pictures … stir up some gamboge hue 😉 and see what transpires . It’ll be *Your* happiness transmitted .
Half way through the weekend … enjoy the rest of it Lynne x
I’m glad to hear it – thanks for letting me know – that’s what it’s all about – that communication, and sometimes a little inspiration that’s passed along.
This is such a great series ~ kind of matches my mood. The weather is cold, and it is definitely moving on from autumn into the depths of winter. Beautiful post!
Yes it IS moving on…and the depths of winter here don’t have that edge that you get in a snowy place. But then you don’t have to shovel that stuff either! 😉
Beautiful images Lynn! 🙂

And now it’s well past midnight in your world, a new week about to begin. Thanks for your words – you make it sounds easy, and I know it really is.

These images capture the feeling of the changes and the need for winter sleep. Nicely done, Blue. 🙂

I wonder what photos of ourselves passing into the stage of needing a winter’s sleep would look like? 🙂

Glad you like it – it’s actually a small park, but there’s plenty to see.

I love the change of seasons you capture through your lens, Lynn, in all of its “fallen” glory. Happy holidays. 🙂

Thanks Cathy, now for the long, rather dreary Pacific northwest winter. Not so picturesque as in many places, but a challenge is always good.

Love these! Scratched lines almost, and dabs of light..a little like Lithographs to me. Great details which sink me in.

They’re almost like etchings the grasses – thanks! I like those details, too.

Beautiful – esp love the close up of the wet, fallen leaves and the hay-like grasses (?) among the birches. Very wild.

Thanks so much! That hay-like grass makes fantastic textures, and the way it collapsed against the tree trunks was beautiful.
